At After Sun People, we strive to create unforgettable daytime experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want our guests to be clear on how refunds and cancellations process.
1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in the specific event’s terms and conditions.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or inability to attend.
2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If After Sun People cancels an event, you will be offered a full refund of the ticket price or a credit towards a future event.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the reschedule announcement.
3. Weather Conditions

After Sun events take place rain or shine unless extreme weather conditions make it unsafe to proceed.

In the event of extreme weather cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or credit towards a future event.
4. Transfer of Tickets

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost.

You must notify us by email (address below) at least 24 hours before the event with the new attendee’s full name.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
